Trump's Progress

                       Trump has been in office since 2016. There have been a few changes since he has been in the White House. So lets take a look of the progress he has made this year.
 Trump was able to block Syrian refuges. He signed an executive order which banned Syrian refugees. Some people in the world thought this was cruel considering the fact that Syria was getting bomb. And the fact there country was crumbling down each and everyday. Even though Trump tried to sign this order the Hawaii court blocked the attempt on March 15. This also lead Trump to halt Muslim entry into US. He sign a revise executive order temporarily banning travel from 6 nations Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen. This was also another reason why Hawaii decided to step in to block that order as well. Since Hawaii block this order in court they had to remove restrictions on permanent residents or even those traveling to the US with valid visas.
So everybody knows about the Pipelines in Dakota this was a huge debate for the longest. There were alot of protesters who disapprove of this act. Trump decided to sign it anyway in January 24,2017. This would bring 42,000 jobs as well as 3,900 jobs being of construction.
Trans Pacific Partnership allowed us to trade with other countries. Trump decided to take us out the deal. He believe it was harmful to American workers and manufacturing. This would allow him to reinstate Mexico City abortion rules. And it also put a hiring freeze for federal agencies. Trump also wanted to renegotiate North American Free Trade Agreement. This would allow US, Mexico, and Canada to join in on the deal.
In the mist of all this there are still some bigger issues that have not been resolve. The repeal and replace on Affordable Health Care Act, US Mexico border wall, lower taxes for individuals and corporations, defeat Isis, bring jobs back from overseas, rebuild America's infrastructure. So my question to you today, "How has trump being in the white house?"

Live For Justice Or Die For Justice

   All my years living in United States, I never thought that  I would run into trouble with the law. On that note even being lock up. And it was only for not appearing up for court for a traffic violation. That is when I knew that would be my first and last time being lock up. It is defiantly no place for human being. That is why today I'm going to discuss police brutality, analyzing Korryn Gaines accident, and what you can do if caught in similar situation.




You can see that there has been increase in police brutality since 2013. Some situations can be avoided and some can not. Did you know that out of 1,000 Americans kill thru police incidents only 1 is convicted. There has to be more training with future and present officers. And of course pertaining to a job where you may be in harms way some of the officers may be scared of nervous. In the end everybody is human beings which means a situation can be handle without using gun force. We can now analyze Ms.Gaines situation.
On Tuesday, August 2,2016 three police officers came to serve a warrant arrest for Ms. Gaines at her home of residences. This warrant was failure to appear in court. Please watch the video to get more insight on what happen.

I feel in a situation like this could have been prevented. It also seem cops were aware that Ms. Gaines was talkin to someone. In my mind I would have been ok, we have to handle the situation with caution. They could have taken Ms. Gaines out by coming through the back, windows, just so they could had got the gun out of her hand. I also felt as a mother, Ms. Gaines should had did the right thing.

In my involvement with the law was that they did treated me like a criminal. I did not get no special privileges for having a minor traffic ticket. And my day of going to court. I almost got a longer services all because I felt that I was not guilty for this traffic incident. That is when one correctional officer told me no matter if you are a good citizen. If you miss court you have disrespected the court system. Did  I thought it was mess up, yes and I got another chance again with me paying this ticket. And how did I stay calm in this situation??? I did what I was told with a lot of weeping and crying.

In this situation Ms. Gaines in my opinion knew she would get justice even though she was wrong. I would had whether seen her do the right thing. And cops no better because they could had handle this situation better. When you do right nothing can miss place you in the wrong.

Why 2016 Election Will Suck......

  I have always been interested in politics since Bill Clinton was in. It wasn't till the election of president Obama is when I took it serious. It is when my mother said this is your only piece of voice you have make sure to use it. And that I did but this year's election is going to be nothing but blabber. It such a disgrace to have watch campaigns from both parties make foolery of themselves better yet parties.
   So starting with the Republican party, I actually like what Cruz stood for. He actually was cleaner and more professional with his campaign. Unfortunately he was not able to sustain being in the race, I guess he did not have enough money or people who are republicans did not correspond with his views.
     Now let break down some plans that Mr. Trump is plan on tackling if he was elected in the white house.His main focus is healthcare, VA, tax, and immigration. His views for healthcare was to get rid of the new policy of healthcare which everybody know it as "Obamacare". Another suggestion was to allow people to choose whether or not that customer would like to purchase insurance. He did suggest a good point of view as starting a Health Saving Account. Its not bad but you taking away the freedom of people deciding what to do with there money. And not to forget this would  be tax free.
Veterans Administration he felt should be better health care. Increase the budget plan for this. And also make sure all veterans have job security once they leave out the military. As well as change the leadership and get better equipment to help with veterans. His plan for tax was to have poor and middle class to pay for none. Businesses to have incentives with taxes as well as the rich to pay between 5%,10%,25% being the highest. I thought this was great for poor and middle class. The only thing that is questionable with this is how can he knock down the debt in United States. You have to have taxes coming in to create more wealth. And if he try to increase more job security that would be up to the states to increase that. It would be out of his hands how the states would handle grants for job security. And last topic I will cover will be on Donald Trump Immigration Act. He plans to build a wall that Mexico will pay for to stop the traffic of immigrants from coming over. I don't know how he is going to convince or make Mexico build a wall but ok. Another thing that threw me off was fact he plans to cut off citizenship if born in America and temporary visas as well. Mainly the benefits to immigrants would be cut off unless you have a citizenship in the United States.
                       

Now time look at Hilary Clinton views. She has a lot of views so I will be tackling the main issues that most people would like to know. And this will be education, disability, tax, and jobs. People will be able to go to in state college if there families income is in the bracket of 125,000 or 85,000. And if you make less than this you will be able to get free tuition. All community colleges will be free as well. Historically black colleges and Hispanic colleges will get a 25 billion fund for there educational institutions. The only thing is once we are granted with this opportunity we need to take pride in this. It is not to often that something like this possibly can happen. So there should not be no excuse for nobody not been able to go to college. People with loans will be able to be put on a repayment plan base off of there income. They will also be able to consolidate there loans as while as well as opportunities to reduce there loans. Disability will be improve by offering employment opportunities, communities, as well as families that are caring for individuals able to get tax relief. She has work many years helping to understand the life of citizens with disabilities. Her first job was going door to door and checking on children who were not attending school on a regular bases. And she hopes to keep the disability act around while in office. Taxes on should be lower for middle class families. She hopes to get wealthy personal, wall street, and corporations to pay higher taxes. And provide tax relief to working families. These families will also be exit if paying high cost medical care as well. She believes with this new tax system she can be able to create more job opportunities. Small businesses will be able to get a tax cut. This will allow business to hire more employees to establish there business. In doing this she hopes to grow infrastructure basically more jobs construction business. She hopes to turn United States into a renewal energy source. In doing this that means implementing more solar power buildings, housing, and source of electricity. This will create more opportunities but will also see electric power companies hurting from this plan.So who do I choose, honestly I don't know but I know Hilary has a lot of plans. And my main concern is education. I do say before you make a decision make sure look at both parties plans. You may also be able to see more of there plans on there campaign websites.
